1: Payments:

• Payment structure: 50% upfront, and 50% before the migration.
  Payment via bank transfer or UPI.

• 2: Refunds:
• After the Advance Payment is done, the Client is entitled to a full refund only if we have not delivered any samples of the design.
• If we have delivered you the rough samples, we will keep the Advance deposit as labor fees and all the works created will remain our copyright property.
• If the Client terminates the project at any phase the advance payment made to us will be not refundable.

3: Revisions

• There will be 3 Revisions in Design and 1 Final Concept.
• Once the design is finalized the project will get completed and no further revisions will be provided.

4: Copyright & Ownership

• After the payment of all invoices, the Client will retain full ownership and rights to the design.

NOTE: Once the Client has paid the advance amount that means the client accepts all the Terms of service mentioned above and looks forward to working with team Webloment.
