These Terms of Service govern your use of the Webloment website and any services we provide. By accessing the site or engaging us, you agree to these terms.
Services
We provide web design, development and related services as described in individual proposals or statements of work. The specific scope, timeline and price for any engagement are set out in that proposal, which takes precedence over general descriptions on this site.
Quotes & Payment
Proposals are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Payment terms, milestones and any deposits are defined per project. Late payments may pause work until resolved.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to you, except for third-party assets and our pre-existing tools, which are licensed for use within your project.
Revisions & Acceptance
Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement.
